Host Gift Ideas for the Home
Beautiful host gift ideas for the home like serving ware, kitchen tools, decor, food, drink, and entertaining finds.
We have a nickname for the 4 weeks before Christmas: Partymonium.
With all of the dinners, parties, friend gatherings, and gift exchange festivities that happen in December, it really is a crammed calendar of pandemonium. And for each one, we never show up empty-handed.
A lot of times, we’ll get an invite last minute to a gathering or we’ll remember literally hours before, “Oh! We have that thing to go to!”
So I keep a few host and hostess gifts on hand for such an occasion. (And if we end up not gifting the items, I might keep them for myself… don’t tell, okay?)
These are a few of my favorite host gift ideas to give (or keep).

Vintage Frame Ornament
By far my favorite picture frame ornament that you can use to frame a photo or handwritten note.
Oil & Vinegar Dispenser Bottle
How interesting is this olive oil and balsamic vinegar dispenser!
Cutting Board With Locking Lid
Deliver it to a party filled with charcuterie snacks and leave it for the host to enjoy thereafter.
Vintage Inspired Copper Coasters
How pretty are these coasters?! Maybe gift them with a bottle of homemade limoncello as a sweet little hostess package.
Harney & Sons Holiday Tea Set
Seriously the best tea, and these holiday flavors are so good to sip in the cold weather.
Pan Stirrer
So many “stir the pot” puns. Must resist. This gadget really is neat to help you stir ingredients as you’re cooking when you need your hands free for other cooking tasks.
Savannah Bee Company Honey Sampler
A sweet host gift (literally) with 3 different flavored honey varieties. Gift it on its own or with a little brie cheese, tea, or this pretty honey jar.
Would you like to save this?
Fluted Measuring Cup Set
The frilly detail on these measuring cups feel extra special. They would be great to pair with tea towels if you wanted to make it a gift set.
Tequila Mockingbird Cocktail Book
This book breaks down classic cocktail recipes with new twists and includes drink making tips with a cheeky literary twist.
Electric Wine Chiller
A tool that will definitely come in handy for a wine lover!
Ruffled Cake Stand With Dome
The prettiest little cake stand that would be made even better delivered to a host with a cake inside.
Marble Butter Keeper
It’s so simple but practical and makes the best useful decor on a kitchen countertop.
Winter Plaid Tea Towel
A totally classic host gift in a totally classic holiday pattern.
Charbonnel et Walker Milk Sea Salt Caramel Truffles
Seriously to die for chocolates that anyone will love!
Candle Warmer Lamp
These have gone viral lately for good reason. Enjoy the scent of a candle and a cozy glow without the hazard of an open flame.
The Hygge Game
A little entertainment to help conversation along before, during, or after dinner.
